What is Drinkfinity?

Drinkfinity rethinks how you drink. Just pop our pods into our reusable bottle and infuse water with real dry and liquid ingredients like spirulina, oat bran and real fruit juice. Each ingredient is carefully selected to create flavourful blends like Mango Oats Flow or Pineapple Coconut Renew.

What are Drinkfinity pods?

Unique to Drinkfinity, our beverage infusion pods feature two separate compartments. The bottom half of each pod contains liquid ingredients including real fruit juices for a light, refreshing flavour, while the upper half contains dry ingredients such as vitamins and botanical extracts. To maximize their taste, the dry & liquid ingredients are kept separate until the pod is "popped".

Can you use a pod more than once?

Our Pods are designed for one-time use.

Is Drinkfinity suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Drinkfinity flavours are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Except the Pineapple Coconut Renew, which is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.

Can you separate the dry and liquid ingredients and mix and match with other flavours?

The dry and liquid ingredients are pre-sealed in dual chambers, so you can't mix and match ingredients.

I've popped a Drinkfinity pod. Should I keep it in the fridge?

The Drinkfinity pods should not be kept in a fridge. We recommend that they are stored in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Drinkfinity beverages can be prepared with chilled or iced water - and they're at their best when freshly prepared. To get the full Drinkfinity experience we recommend drinking the drink straight after you've popped the pod!

Are the pods recyclable?

With every purchase comes a freepost returns envelope to send up to 30 pods back to our partner TerraCycle, enabling customers to send their pods to be recycled. All you need to do is drop your envelope full of pods off at your nearest mail box or post office.

Do I have to wash my pods before throwing them into the envelope?

You do not need to wash the pods before returning them. It is normal to have some residue left over in a Pod after popping. Our Partner TerraCycle can process the pods with residue.

How much does it cost to send the envelope?

Our envelopes are pre-paid, so fill them up with up to 30 pods and send them whenever you’re ready free of charge.

I lost my envelope, how can I order a replacement?

Of course reach out to our Customer Service and we will send you one. If you are a UK resident log onto www.TerraCycle.com/Drinkfinity and just follow the easy steps.

Why are the pods made of plastic?

Drinkfinity pods are made of plastic because it is a known material that preserves the integrity and freshness of the dry and liquid ingredients.

What is a vessel?

The Drinkfinity vessel (water bottle) is a personal-use, BPA-free, dishwasher-safe reusable bottle featuring a magnetic button that keeps the top cap in place while drinking. The vessel takes 591ml of liquid.

What does BPA-free mean?

BPA-free means that no BPA (Bisphenol A) has been added intentionally during manufacture of the Drinkfinity vessel.

How do you keep the Drinkfinity vessel germ-free?

You can keep germs at bay by consuming your Drinkfinity beverage immediately after preparation and washing the Vessel between uses. To ensure a deep clean, run it through the dishwasher or hand wash with warm soapy waterusing a non-abrasive brush or sponge and rinse well to remove any soapy residue.

Should you wash the Drinkfinity vessel before using it for the first time?

We recommend handwashing your vessel with warm soapy water before using it to prepare your first Drinkfinity beverage. Rinse it well to remove any soapy residue. You can also put it in the dishwasher before first use if you'd like.

Can you put hot beverages in the Drinkfinity vessel?

The Drinkfinity vessel is designed to store room temperature and chilled beverages only. Exposing the vessel to extreme temperatures may damage it.

How do you make a Drinkfinity beverage?

Fill the Drinkfinity vessel with cold water and ice, pop the pod filled with a unique combination of dry and liquid ingredients, shake to mix and enjoy. You'll need about 591 ml of water to fill your vessel to the marked line, but you can mix your beverage to your taste.

Which flavours of Drinkfinity are available in the EU?

Currently we offer 12 unique pod blends:  White Peach Chill, Mandarin Orange Charge, Blackberry Acai Charge , Lemon Spirulina Flow, Mango Oats Flow,  Pineapple Coconut Water Renew, Lemonade Renew, Berrymile Chill, Pomegranate Ginger Flow, Oatberry Flow, Grapefruit Ginger Flow and Jasmine Chill.

What is a Mode?

Drinkfinity embraces the way people live and enables them to do more, making the most out of every moment with four different “modes” to answer people’s multifaceted needs throughout their entire day; there’s a pod that’s perfect for every mood:

What flavours are available in the Charge Mode?

Charge pods include Blackberry Acai Charge and Mandarin Orange Charge.

What flavours are available in the Flow Mode?

Flow pods include Lemon Spirulina Flow, Mango Oats Flow, Pomegranate Ginger Flow, Oatberry Flow and Grapefruit Ginger Flow.

What flavours are available in the Chill Mode?

Chill pods include White Peach Chill, Berrymile Chill and Jasmine Chill.

What flavours are available in the Renew Mode?

Renew pods include Pineapple Coconut Water Renew and Lemonade Renew.

Do Drinkfinity products contain allergens?

Is Drinkfinity Halal or Kosher certified?

Drinkfinity is not Halal or Kosher certified. For more information on the ingredients found in Drinkfinity pods, please visit www.drinkfinity.com.

Does Drinkfinity contain artificial sweeteners or flavours?

Drinkfinity pods contain no artificial flavours, and only sweeteners from natural sources.

Does Drinkfinity offer any zero-calorie pods?

All Drinkfinity pods are low-calories and with not more than 20 kcal/100ml when mixed with fresh water. You can check the calorie content for each pod by checking the front of the pod packs or on the Drinkfinity website at www.drinkfinity.com.

Do any of the pods contain caffeine?

Drinkfinity’s Charge pods contain caffeine from natural origin. When prepared with water, the caffeine content is 44 mg per 250 ml as an average and is equivalent to half a cup of coffee.

What is the shelf life of a pod?

From production date, pods can last between 6 - 9 months, depending on the flavour. For the most up-to-date information, check the "Best By" date on the packaging, as some pods may be closer to expiration than others.

Where is Drinkfinity available to buy?

Drinkfinity is currently available in Brazil, the U.S., and the EU and is exclusively sold online at www.drinkfinity.com.

Who is the target audience of Drinkfinity?

Drinkfinity was created with the modern consumer in mind. The product answers consumers’ passion for choice and personalisation.

Where is Drinkfinity produced?

Drinkfinity pods are produced in Puerto Rico, which is a U.S. territory. The vessel is designed in Miami, Florida and is manufactured using premium materials and to the highest quality standards.

Are Drinkfinity products tested on animals?

No - Drinkfinity products are never tested on animals. Our product evaluation is done by our beta community, a select group of customers who gain early access to Drinkfinity products in exchange for sharing their feedback with our team.

Are there any health risks associated with Drinkfinity’s liquid or dry ingredient offerings?

Why are there different formulations in different markets? Are the products offered in Brazil and the UK healthier than the US?

Is Drinkfinity suitable for pregnant woman?

We would like to refer you to the nutritional information of the Pod flavour on our website. There you can find out all about the ingredients and a recommendation will be given on whether it is suitable for pregnant women or not. However, we would still recommend to always consult your doctor during pregnancy to find out if our product is suitable for your diet.

Is there a limit to how many Drinkfinity products I can order?

You can buy as much as you like! If we don't have enough stock to fulfil your order, we'll get in touch right away and work with you to have the requirements of your order met.

Can Drinkfinity products be shipped to my country?

At present, Drinkfinity products are available in the US and a number of European countries.  But our aim is to be a global movement. To get the scoop on when Drinkfinity will be available in your country, keep an eye on the website and social media channels.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping rates are dependent on where the product is shipping to and these rates will be clearly displayed in the checkout.   Orders are shipped through a courier service, with tracking details provided so you know where your order is. Also you'll be happy to know that all orders over €25.

How will I know if my order has been successful?

After you've made your purchase keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email. We'll send this when your order has been processed by our system - usually within minutes.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Drinkfinity products are shipped via DPD Carriers and can be tracked through tracking number received in your Order Shipment notification. Check here the delivery period for your country:

- Ireland: 1- 3 working days

- Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg and Netherlands: 3 - 5 working days

- Austria, Denmark and Switzerland: 4 - 6 working days

- Italy, Spain and Sweden: 5- 7 working days

- Finland, Norway and Portugal: 6 - 8 working days

What is a subscription?

The Drinkfinity subscription is a smart way to make sure you never run out of your favourite pods again. Simply select your pods and choose your shipping frequency. Follow the easy steps here: https://drinkfinity.eu/products/subscription

How to cancel your subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, log into your Drinkfinity account, go to your account page and click on manage subscription. Here, you’ll be given the option to cancel your subscription. Cancellation requests must be submitted 5 days prior to your next order creation date in order to avoid being charged for your subscription. Order cancellations and returns after this period will not be possible. Termination of the subscription will always be confirmed via email.

How to pause your subscription?

Log into your Drinkfinity account, go to your account page and click on manage subscription. Here you’ll be given the option to pause your subscription.


Subscription orders cannot be returned.

Payment & Payment type

You can only pay by credit card. The first payment will automatically be charged a couple of days before the order is dispatched. The following amounts will be charged on the anniversary of the first order - whether that is weekly, or monthly.

How to change your subscription?

Unfortunately, if you want to make a change you have to cancel your subscription and set up a new one. Log into your Drinkfinity account, go to your account page and click on manage subscription to cancel.

What is the end time of the subscription?

The subscription has no automatic end time, it will end once you cancel your subscription manually.

How can I pay for my Drinkfinity order?

You can currently pay for your Drinkfinity products by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal but we are also exploring new forms of payment, so stay tuned!

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there's no minimum purchase amount.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland there are no additional charges.

Can I return my order?

Within 14 days after arrival, you are able to return your order.  The order needs to be in the original packaging and unused. Please send a return request via our contact form. The costs for returning are for the customer.
Subscription orders cannot be returned.

My order arrived damaged. How can I exchange it for a replacement?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged.  Just take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us along with your order confirmation via the contact form, and we'll sort it out.

What's the latest I can submit a request for a replacement/refund?

We have a 14 day return policy. So, if during this time you are not 100% satisfied with your Drinkfinity purchase, please reach out to us via our contact form.

How long does it take until I’m getting refunded for a purchase?

14 days after you send the return request, you should receive your refund. In case it takes longer than that, please reach out to us via our contact form.
